Your trainer will lead you through explosive boxing rounds where you will learn and deliver authentic boxing combinations to heart-pounding music using bags and mitts. Kickboxing

The pounding music and camaraderie of a group experience will get your heart pounding and the sweat pouring.


Boxing & Strength
Boxing & Strength is the best of both worlds. This class involves high-intensity boxing intervals that split with strength exercises using TRX, dumbbells, Bosus, and stability balls. If you’re looking for a class to burn fat and build strength, this class is recommend 2-3x/week.

Kids
Building healthy life-long habits and having fun doing it is the core of our kids programming.

Our state-of-the-art facility allows Pulse to offer boxing and bootcamp like no other by engaging our young athletes with equipment such as boxing equipment, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, sleds, rowers, ropes, and rings. This fun-filled and structured format employs games and drills that are guaranteed to improve kids overall coordination and cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility, as well as boost their sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork skills that seamlessly transfer into all learning and competitive environments.
